All new clients take part in an introductory block of 10 personal-training sessions, where they learn the basics of safe and effective training techniques while growing stronger and better conditioned. Personal training sessions are fifty-five minutes each and sold in blocks of ten for $600 ($60/ session). Upon completion of this Introductory block, most clients will then become eligible to take part in Flex Sessions.”
Beginning October 2018, there is no charge for an introductory block of 10 personal-training sessions.This offer is available to only two new clients per month and requires a three-month commitment to take part in Flex Sessions ($250/ month) upon completion of the intro block. Flex Sessions are times during the day when clients may come in and train at their convenience. Programming, supervision, and instruction are provided.
This option is available to clients who have taken part in a minimum of 10 personal-training sessions.
The cost is a flat fee of $250/ month, which entitles eligible clients to as many as 6 sessions a week.
Monday-Saturday: 8:30 am to 11 am
Monday-Thursday: 3:30 pm to 7 pm
Friday: 3:30 pm to 6 pm
